- $60–100 CAD / hour. Project rate and payment terms are confirmed before work begins.

Scope of work
- Label claims documents by field and link values to their source passages.
- Review footage and photos for the events a claim turns on.
- Grade model summaries of a file for accuracy and omissions.
- Write the escalation points where a claim needs an adjuster.
Qualifications
Experience as a property, auto or field claims adjuster in Canada. Comfortable with estimates, reports and policy wording.
- Communicate your reasoning clearly and apply detailed instructions consistently.
- Work within agreed confidentiality, data-access and quality requirements.
- Complete a relevant assessment and calibration if invited for a project.
Working arrangements
Projects may involve creating examples, annotating approved material, scoring AI responses or reviewing other expert contributions. The scope, hours, tools and review process are provided before you accept.
Some engagements can be completed remotely from Canada. Others may require a client-managed workspace or a controlled physical environment.
