Human Data is a fast-growing AI development company based in Canada, operated by M Intelligence Corp, 100 City Centre Dr, 2nd floor, Mississauga, Ontario L5B 2C9. This notice describes information collected through the Human Data website. Project datasets and contracted expert work require separate terms.

Expert profiles and project enquiries

When you submit a form, Human Data receives the information you enter, your consent and the submission time. Expert profiles include contact details, location, experience and any optional professional link or availability. Project enquiries include contact details, organisation, project context and delivery requirements.

We use this information to review your profile or enquiry, assess potential project fit and respond. Registration does not guarantee paid work. Please do not send confidential client records, identity documents, banking information or other sensitive personal data.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored in a secured database and are accessible only to authorised Human Data personnel. Each submission is also sent to our team by email so that we can respond. We do not publish profiles or enquiries or add them to a public directory, and we do not use a submitted profile as AI training material.

This website and its submission database are hosted on Microsoft Azure in Canada. Some of our service providers, including email, may process information outside Canada. Residency and controlled-access requirements for client project data are agreed for each project before that data is provided.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or removal of submitted information through our privacy request form. Include your submission reference if available. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on the request. Information is kept for reviewing enquiries and potential expert engagements until it is no longer needed or a valid removal request is completed.

Saved opportunities

Bookmarks are stored locally in your browser. You can remove them using the bookmark controls or by clearing this site’s browser data. Form drafts are not stored in browser storage.

Website delivery

This website does not use cookies, advertising pixels or marketing analytics. Typefaces and media are served from our own hosting. Our hosting provider processes the operational logs needed to deliver and protect the service.

Research and imagery

Benchmark briefs describe evaluation scope, measures and expert review methods. Photographs and footage on this website are licensed imagery. Analysis videos illustrate annotation and evaluation workflows and are not measured benchmark results.
