- Compensation
- $45–75 CAD / hour. Project rate and payment terms are confirmed before work begins.
Label and verify the fields in claims forms, statements, applications and correspondence that models are asked to read.
Scope of work
- Label fields and link each value to its source passage.
- Verify model extractions and record each error.
- Handle bilingual documents and note differences between versions.
- Flag documents the task instructions do not cover.
Qualifications
Experience in claims processing, back-office operations, KYC onboarding or document control. Accuracy and consistency are essential.
- Communicate your reasoning clearly and apply detailed instructions consistently.
- Work within agreed confidentiality, data-access and quality requirements.
- Complete a relevant assessment and calibration if invited for a project.
Working arrangements
Projects may involve creating examples, annotating approved material, scoring AI responses or reviewing other expert contributions. The scope, hours, tools and review process are provided before you accept.
Some engagements can be completed remotely from Canada. Others may require a client-managed workspace or a controlled physical environment.
