- Location
- Toronto, or remote within Canada.
- Compensation
- $120,000–160,000 CAD / year. Salary range; the offer depends on experience.
Join the Human Data team. Build environments, graders and evaluation pipelines with our clients, from the first scoping call to the delivered package.
Scope of work
- Design and build sandboxes, tools and reward functions for client domains.
- Work with professionals to turn their tasks into runnable environments.
- Run evaluations and write the reports clients act on.
- Own delivery quality: tests, documentation, reproducibility.
Qualifications
Strong Python and systems engineering, experience with LLM applications or ML infrastructure, and comfort working directly with clients. Toronto or remote within Canada.
- Communicate your reasoning clearly and apply detailed instructions consistently.
- Work within agreed confidentiality, data-access and quality requirements.
- Complete a relevant assessment and calibration if invited for a project.
Working arrangements
Projects may involve creating examples, annotating approved material, scoring AI responses or reviewing other expert contributions. The scope, hours, tools and review process are provided before you accept.
Some engagements can be completed remotely from Canada. Others may require a client-managed workspace or a controlled physical environment.
