- Compensation
- $55–85 CAD / hour. Project rate and payment terms are confirmed before work begins.
Front-line brokerage experience applied to coverage questions, renewals and the policy wording clients actually ask about.
Scope of work
- Write client scenarios with the correct coverage answer under the policy wording.
- Grade agent responses for coverage logic, exclusions and disclosure.
- Flag changes that should never happen silently at renewal.
- Review French versions for Quebec terminology.
Qualifications
Licensed insurance advisor or broker in Canada with personal or commercial lines experience. Quebec licensing an asset.
- Communicate your reasoning clearly and apply detailed instructions consistently.
- Work within agreed confidentiality, data-access and quality requirements.
- Complete a relevant assessment and calibration if invited for a project.
Working arrangements
Projects may involve creating examples, annotating approved material, scoring AI responses or reviewing other expert contributions. The scope, hours, tools and review process are provided before you accept.
Some engagements can be completed remotely from Canada. Others may require a client-managed workspace or a controlled physical environment.
