- $80–120 CAD / hour. Project rate and payment terms are confirmed before work begins.
Evaluate how models read filings, build comparables and justify valuations, against the standard of a working analyst.
Scope of work
- Write analyst questions on public filings and transcripts with reference answers.
- Review model-built spreadsheets for formula and assumption errors.
- Grade reasoning for evidence, method and presentation.
- Identify where a conclusion is not supported by the source.
Qualifications
Buy-side, sell-side or corporate finance experience; CFA or CPA an asset. Fluent with filings, models and comparables.
- Communicate your reasoning clearly and apply detailed instructions consistently.
- Work within agreed confidentiality, data-access and quality requirements.
- Complete a relevant assessment and calibration if invited for a project.
Working arrangements
Projects may involve creating examples, annotating approved material, scoring AI responses or reviewing other expert contributions. The scope, hours, tools and review process are provided before you accept.
Some engagements can be completed remotely from Canada. Others may require a client-managed workspace or a controlled physical environment.
