- Compensation
- $50–80 CAD / hour. Project rate and payment terms are confirmed before work begins.
Put consumer AI agents through real errands, bookings, payments and account changes, and record where they do something other than what you asked.
Scope of work
- Run scripted and open-ended tasks through assigned agents.
- Record every action and compare it with the instruction.
- Grade outcomes for correctness, consent and hand-off.
- Write clear reports of failures with evidence.
Qualifications
Daily user of AI assistants and agents with careful, methodical habits. Experience in testing, operations or research is an asset.
- Communicate your reasoning clearly and apply detailed instructions consistently.
- Work within agreed confidentiality, data-access and quality requirements.
- Complete a relevant assessment and calibration if invited for a project.
Working arrangements
Projects may involve creating examples, annotating approved material, scoring AI responses or reviewing other expert contributions. The scope, hours, tools and review process are provided before you accept.
Some engagements can be completed remotely from Canada. Others may require a client-managed workspace or a controlled physical environment.
