- Compensation
- $50–100 CAD / hour. Project rate and payment terms are confirmed before work begins.
Evaluate whether AI-generated code and analysis solve the task, not just whether they look plausible.
Scope of work
- Create realistic coding and data-analysis tasks.
- Review solutions for correctness, maintainability and edge cases.
- Document reproducible evaluations and failure modes.
Qualifications
Professional software engineering, data science or research experience, with a strong ability to explain technical decisions.
- Communicate your reasoning clearly and apply detailed instructions consistently.
- Work within agreed confidentiality, data-access and quality requirements.
- Complete a relevant assessment and calibration if invited for a project.
Working arrangements
Projects may involve creating examples, annotating approved material, scoring AI responses or reviewing other expert contributions. The scope, hours, tools and review process are provided before you accept.
Some engagements can be completed remotely from Canada. Others may require a client-managed workspace or a controlled physical environment.
