- $50–80 CAD / hour. Project rate and payment terms are confirmed before work begins.
Turn emails, notes, PDFs and transcripts into labelled, structured records, and check how a model does the same.
Scope of work
- Classify and label text records under a schema.
- Extract entities and relationships with source references.
- Review model outputs for omissions and invented facts.
- Propose schema fixes where the data does not fit.
Qualifications
Experience in data operations, analytics, records management or research with unstructured sources.
- Communicate your reasoning clearly and apply detailed instructions consistently.
- Work within agreed confidentiality, data-access and quality requirements.
- Complete a relevant assessment and calibration if invited for a project.
Working arrangements
Projects may involve creating examples, annotating approved material, scoring AI responses or reviewing other expert contributions. The scope, hours, tools and review process are provided before you accept.
Some engagements can be completed remotely from Canada. Others may require a client-managed workspace or a controlled physical environment.
