- $40–60 CAD / hour. Project rate and payment terms are confirmed before work begins.
Serve the French-speaking client the way a Quebec contact centre would, and judge whether an agent does the same.
Scope of work
- Write French and English requests with equivalent outcomes.
- Grade replies in both languages for meaning, terminology and register.
- Flag where French-speaking clients receive a different result.
- Review translated policies and notices for errors.
Qualifications
Bilingual contact-centre or support experience serving Quebec or francophone clients. Native-level Canadian French.
- Communicate your reasoning clearly and apply detailed instructions consistently.
- Work within agreed confidentiality, data-access and quality requirements.
- Complete a relevant assessment and calibration if invited for a project.
Working arrangements
Projects may involve creating examples, annotating approved material, scoring AI responses or reviewing other expert contributions. The scope, hours, tools and review process are provided before you accept.
Some engagements can be completed remotely from Canada. Others may require a client-managed workspace or a controlled physical environment.
