- Compensation
- $35–55 CAD / hour. Project rate and payment terms are confirmed before work begins.
Review recorded calls and transcripts the way a quality team does, and grade what a model says happened on them.
Scope of work
- Score calls for resolution, compliance and tone against a rubric.
- Grade AI call summaries and dispositions against the recording.
- Mark the moments that required disclosure or escalation.
- Calibrate scores with other reviewers.
Qualifications
Quality assurance or team-lead experience in a contact centre. Comfortable scoring calls to a rubric.
- Communicate your reasoning clearly and apply detailed instructions consistently.
- Work within agreed confidentiality, data-access and quality requirements.
- Complete a relevant assessment and calibration if invited for a project.
Working arrangements
Projects may involve creating examples, annotating approved material, scoring AI responses or reviewing other expert contributions. The scope, hours, tools and review process are provided before you accept.
Some engagements can be completed remotely from Canada. Others may require a client-managed workspace or a controlled physical environment.
