- $40–60 CAD / hour. Project rate and payment terms are confirmed before work begins.
Front-line credit-union experience applied to the requests members actually make, from bill payments to account changes.
Scope of work
- Write member requests as they are phrased in branch and on the phone.
- Grade agent responses for correct payee, amount and timing.
- Identify where a member should be referred to a person.
- Note terminology that differs between credit unions and banks.
Qualifications
Experience as a member service or financial services representative at a Canadian credit union. Familiarity with teller transactions, payments and member onboarding.
- Communicate your reasoning clearly and apply detailed instructions consistently.
- Work within agreed confidentiality, data-access and quality requirements.
- Complete a relevant assessment and calibration if invited for a project.
Working arrangements
Projects may involve creating examples, annotating approved material, scoring AI responses or reviewing other expert contributions. The scope, hours, tools and review process are provided before you accept.
Some engagements can be completed remotely from Canada. Others may require a client-managed workspace or a controlled physical environment.
