- Compensation
- $35–55 CAD / hour. Project rate and payment terms are confirmed before work begins.
Support experience applied to the requests, replies and escalations an AI agent handles for customers.
Scope of work
- Write customer requests as they arrive, including the unclear ones.
- Grade agent replies for resolution, accuracy and tone.
- Identify where a person should take over.
- Review conversation summaries for omissions.
Qualifications
Experience in customer support or contact-centre roles, ideally in banking, insurance, telecom or utilities.
- Communicate your reasoning clearly and apply detailed instructions consistently.
- Work within agreed confidentiality, data-access and quality requirements.
- Complete a relevant assessment and calibration if invited for a project.
Working arrangements
Projects may involve creating examples, annotating approved material, scoring AI responses or reviewing other expert contributions. The scope, hours, tools and review process are provided before you accept.
Some engagements can be completed remotely from Canada. Others may require a client-managed workspace or a controlled physical environment.
