Bring branch and advisory experience to banking tasks: registered accounts, mortgages, disputes and the conversations around them.
Scope of work
- Write realistic client requests with the correct outcome under current product rules.
- Grade agent transcripts for accuracy, consent and disclosure.
- Flag where an answer would breach policy or require a human hand-off.
- Review the French version of each task for meaning and terminology.
Qualifications
Several years in personal banking, advisory or branch leadership at a Canadian bank or credit union. Current knowledge of registered accounts, lending and disclosure requirements.
- Communicate your reasoning clearly and apply detailed instructions consistently.
- Work within agreed confidentiality, data-access and quality requirements.
- Complete a relevant assessment and calibration if invited for a project.
Working arrangements
Projects may involve creating examples, annotating approved material, scoring AI responses or reviewing other expert contributions. The scope, hours, tools and review process are provided before you accept.
Some engagements can be completed remotely from Canada. Others may require a client-managed workspace or a controlled physical environment.
