- $40–60 CAD / hour. Project rate and payment terms are confirmed before work begins.
Serve Ukrainian-speaking clients in Canada, and judge whether an agent handles their requests correctly in both languages.
Scope of work
- Write requests in Ukrainian and English with the same intended outcome.
- Grade replies for meaning, terminology and tone.
- Flag where the Ukrainian-speaking client gets a different result.
- Review translations of forms and notices.
Qualifications
Fluent Ukrainian and English with customer service experience, ideally at a credit union, settlement organization or community institution.
- Communicate your reasoning clearly and apply detailed instructions consistently.
- Work within agreed confidentiality, data-access and quality requirements.
- Complete a relevant assessment and calibration if invited for a project.
Working arrangements
Projects may involve creating examples, annotating approved material, scoring AI responses or reviewing other expert contributions. The scope, hours, tools and review process are provided before you accept.
Some engagements can be completed remotely from Canada. Others may require a client-managed workspace or a controlled physical environment.
